The Alumni Service Corps forms a lifelong commitment to service and faith in its members through a vibrant community life, shared prayer and reflection, and ongoing vocational discernment.
Drawing its inspiration from the spiritual vision of St. Ignatius of Loyola and the tradition of the Jesuits, the Alumni Service Corps enriches Gonzaga College High School by serving its students. Because they exemplify the grad at grad, ASC members serve as educators in every setting.
Participants live together in housing that the school provides and receive a monthly living stipend while they work to serve Gonzaga’s greatest need at any moment—as substitute teachers, coaches, club moderators, and various other roles. ASC members also assist with Campus Ministry, the Library, the Office of Student Services, and other departments around the school.
ASC participants have a unique opportunity to serve Gonzaga, while gaining valuable work experience and discerning a career path. In addition to work at the school, ASC participants also take part in a community and spirituality program that is grounded in the same values and traditions of their Jesuit education at Gonzaga.
